Meterhub offers a fast calibration service with a loan NST/tester posted to you before you send yours in, so you can keep working while your equipment is being calibrated.
How It Works
- Book your calibration service via email or WhatsApp
- We post you a loan NST/tester first
- Once you receive the loan unit, you send your NST or multimeter to us
- Calibration is completed in approximately 3 business days
- Delivery and pick-up service is included
- Allow a couple of extra days for delivery and return shipping
- Once your calibrated unit is returned and the loan unit is sent back, your bond is refunded
Pricing
Calibration Service: $330 + GST
Refundable Bond: $500
The $500 bond is returned within 14 days after the loan unit is received back and inspected in good working condition.

Important Terms
Loan units remain the property of Meterhub.
The loan unit must be returned once your calibrated equipment is received back.
Bond refund is processed within 14 days after the loan unit is returned and inspected.
Lost, damaged, or late-returned loan units may result in deductions from the bond.
Calibration turnaround is approximately 3 business days, excluding freight/delivery time.
